On March 17, 2025, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was executed between the Archdiocese of Port Moresby and the Rogationists - St. Matthew Province, thereby establishing the presence of the Rogationist community in the capital.

The signing ceremony took place at St. Joseph International Catholic College- Port Moresby and was honored by the presence of Cardinal Ribat, Fr. Justine Nenat, SVD, Vicar General of the Archdiocese, and representatives from the Rogationist St. Matthew Province, headed by, Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, Provincial Superior; Fr. Zander Conson, RCJ, Executive Director; Fr. Welbert Suarez, RCJ, Superior of the Sideia Mission Centre, and Bro. Noe Agpalsa, RCJ, collaborator.

We are truly grateful to the Lord of the Harvest for entrusting us with this important mission in the heart of Papua New Guinea. We hope that He continues to bless our efforts as we work together to share the Seeds of the Rogate in this beautiful region.
