Born in Kamanyi-Rugalika, Rwanda, on April 7, 1980, he entered the congregation in 2001 in Nyanza. He entered the novitiate in Cyangugu in 2005. He completed a two-year internship in Yaounde (Cameroun) and theological studies at the "Ecole Theologique Sant Cyprien" in Ngoya where he made his perpetual profession in 2011.
Ordained a Priest on May 27, 2012 in Mugina (Rwanda), he was assigned to Ngoya House as a formator, at first with seminarians and then with religious theology students. He received his Licentiate in Canon Law, specialization and "Master 2" from the state of Cameroun. In 2016 he was appointed Councilor of the Saint Joseph Quasi-Province. At the 13th General Chapter, he was elected General Councilor for Charity and Missions on July 24, 2022.
